CropDig 101

on

Are you new to vegetable gardening?

We often hear that for the novice gardener the first season is usually the hardest because of the time, cost, and work in setting up the garden.

If you’re interested in learning how to set up, design, and cultivate a vegetable garden, you will find the tips and advice we will be sharing at the CropDig to be a helpful way to get started and to keep your garden growing for years to come.

Come join us this Saturday for the CropDig as we turn a suburban backyard into a vegetable garden. This will be a hands-on learning experience covering the basics of:

• Garden Layout
• Garden Bed and Soil Preparation
• What to Plant
• Planting Basics
• Simple Maintenance

As this is a hands-on experience we ask that you wear something that allows for movement and that you won’t mind getting a little dirty.

DATE & TIME: Saturday, April 9th  4:30 PM to 7:30 PM

ADDRESS: 1310 East Rainier Avenue, Orange CA 92865
